Helps a lot (as part of prevention plan)
I like this and have recommended it to several women with UTI issues. After intimacy, swimming, or whenever I feel I should, I wash with prebiotic women's soap then use a little dab of this around the urinary opening. Smells awful, but seems to be gentle on sensitive skin. I use this with daily women's wash, corn silk tea, phD vaginal moisturizer, and azo (before it starts) as needed

Works for UTI Prevention
Works great! I haven't had a UTI since I started FemiClear. I am on my 2nd tube. It calmed everything down externally. The cream has a light smell but it is okay.

The cream stinks but it works.
The cream smells like rancid chlorine. But it is soothing and does work. It will tingle / burn if used on irritated skin. But it has helped with my uti prevention. It also helps with my IC symptoms and BV flares as well. Only need a pea sized amount a few times a week.
