Q: is there any difference between the black, grey and silver versions other than color?

Q: Does it release any type of smoke

Dear, Thank you so much for your interest with our product. When the oven is cooking greasy food, it is inevitable that a lot of smoke will be generated as the grease will drip onto heating tubes. If you would like to reduce smoke emissions, you can roast the greasy food on the roast tray with a piece of oil blotting paper inside (Please note that the oil blotting paper could not be placed in the crumb tray). Furthermore, if you choose to purchase our ovens, you would experience the patented air duct system we have applied. It can separate hot air from cold air, which means smoke will be only discharged from the air outlets at the back instead of the glass door.
