I bought this to replace another brand that had failed prematurely. This one was easily installed, made of lot of sense, and has worked just great. My old one would create variations in temperature sometimes while it was in use, which I didn't like. This one has been very consistent and hasn't given me a bit of trouble. Recommended!

Houghton Lake here and I absolutely love the tankless water heater. The look of it is so clean compact and CAMPLUX name is on it. Very cool 😎 thanks for making no Coils or heating elements touching my water just hits the outside pipe that continues to circulate around through and out the end! Endless hot water 🚿 is always good for bathtub 🛀 water. I’m loving it 🥰 and I’m glad I put my money where 🤑 my mouth goes to get warm water to wash it. Lol 😂 hey who if it’s not made by CAMPLUX then it’s not made for me or my house. Because I don’t have trash in it or scrap metal that ends up at the corner before to long. I don’t want Parts of the heating element to come apart and end up in my waterline, or somewhere other than my waterline mount or food so forth so on!!! 🤮🤢 all the rest are no good trash made tankless water heaters. Only CAMPLUX does it RIGHT!!

This is the second tankless hot water heater, that being said, I wish I had chosen it first, I would have saved a considerable amount of money because this water heater is awesome and affordable, I definitely would buy it again,that’s for sure

Works awesome, inexpensive, needs two 220 circuits but you already know that and how else would it heat this much water instantly,I've got another brand of a similar product that the temperature hunts, this one runs real steady

Had to return it . Not big enough to heat a lot of water without running luke warm before the washer fills up

The cost isn't the worst, but 300$ is on the higher side of midrange pricing and may be bit pricey for something as old as my RV trailer. Oh well, it is what it is. It is a pretty lightweight unit, a pleasant surprise as well as rather important to minimizing the overall trailer weight.Installation isn't hard, I'm a (medically) retired carpenter, the basic plumbing and electrical skills I've picked up along the way are more than enough for this simple task. The manual is so well informed it could also be a functional teaching, tutorial manual also; good manuals make good impressions on me, and poor to bad ones chafe me like a deliberate insult so I make a point to include such evaluations in my reviews.This is another component for my camper renovation project. Overall, it is likely to be more than may be needed but that's better than not enough. My '69 Coachman I'm converting to serving as a combination field office, mobile lab (with a small sleeping nook) type of configuration for my archeological pursuits; from cleaning artifacts to shower capacity for a crew, hot water is a virtual rare commodity out in the field. Another factor in the process is my medical issues, hot water is crucial for managing it all, and in the field, this will be even more important. No doubt I won't be the only one such is applicable to. It will probably be a few months before the trailer is ready for this install, just depends on other elements, but if I find any problems with the process (that are related to this unit) I will definitely update/edit this review accordingly.

Love this tankless electric water heater. I replaced one I had for 17 years. Different brand, but I think this one may work better, I'm hoping. I hope this brand will last another 17 years for me, or at least out live me, lol! Right now, I'm very pleased with it. Heats up pretty well!

Household of 5 managing just fine. We do not have a gas line to the house and so it needed to be this. I spent $700 in 12/2 being about 40’ away from the panel and another $120 for breakers. Lucky enough there was enough room and capacity left on my second 200amp panel. The install is straight forward if you have any basic knowledge with electrical and plumbing set ups. It’s just large wires. Use what is recommended, have inspected and stamped by ticketed trades for liability issues. 1 shower at a time, it’s putting out what it says. Don’t expect to have the dishwasher, run a tub and have a shower going. You can, but you’ll only be able to have very little pressure at each outlet. You’re sharing the output, kinda like a multiple outlet USB charger. We find it amazing. It never runs out, it doesn’t make a sound and it is the size of a large cereal box! I installed this in January 2025 and have seen a decrease in power usage. We use to run an 80 and a 40 gallons tanks and still managed to run out! Not anymore. ✌🏼

Nice unit that works well. It is better built than most others. The case is metal instead of plastic. It has "weight" to it and looks very well manufactured. I am enjoying it and the hot water it puts out. I don't even have it set as high as it can go and it is plenty enough.

This tankless water heater is very compact and needs little room for installation. I got the 27kW unit which requires 3 duel 40-amp breakers. That's 120 amps of power. While my present house has a 200-amp main breaker, many places I've lived in before only had 100-amp main breaker so this is something you need to check before you buy one of these. Make sure that your breaker panel can supply sufficient power.Due to the age of my breaker panel, I'm having some difficulty in finding 40-amp breakers. I might have to replace the panel which is ok as I've been thinking about that for a while. Therefore, I've only been able to test this unit at 60 amps (three x 20 amp). It still functioned ok for the test, but for its full potential, I need to wait for the new 40-amp breakers.Installation is very simple. Mount it on the wall. Connect the water inlet and outlet. Wire it to the breaker box and you're ready to go. Being electric, it does not need any ventilation.So far, this seems like a decent water heater. Only time will tell how long it lasts. I have no complaints about it so I give it a 5-star rating.
