Bought this mat to help me get the low point of the arc of my golf swing after the ball. This gives me immediate feed back on where I am striking the ball and the direction of my swing. Can be used with or without a ball. I am getting more distance with my irons after using this mat. Glad I bought the extra replacements the lines are starting to wear a little already. Still a good value for the results I am getting.

My brother loves this! It is a great sturdy mat, with some weight to it. The pad shows your swing so you can make improvements on your swing. It also mobel so you can take it to the driving range if you want. This is a must have for anyone into golf or interested in learning.

Overall, this is a great training tool and product! I ordered it with two extra replaceable training mats.My only issue is that the printing (lines and arrows) on ONE of the mats was printed at an angle (See photo).The printing on the other two mats is perfectly straight!I still need to, but I plan on contacting the supplier to see if they would send me a replacement for the defective mat.This is to say that you should purchase the training tool. It is so helpful to know if you went straight down the line on your swing or if you hit behind the ball and how far behind the ball. I mounted my mat in an existing 5'x5' piece of golf turf (see photo). This way the mat is almost flush with the turf and will not move upon impact! I love it!
