I never complained about a product, but I'm sorry to say this product is no good. It is exactly as described by the seller and is very useful for holding the iPad for navigating in the car, if it was fabricated out of good materials. I had to travel for about 200 miles the reason for buying it in the first place and it broke in 2 half way to my destination. It is not strong enough to support the weight of the iPad and it doesn't hold the position that you adjust it to. So I wouldn't recommend anyone buying it. It's a waste of money, I wasn't even going to bother to rate it, but I had to because the site won't let me submit my review without a rating.RegardsJoe Saliba
