We have brought a couple of these for halloween for costumes so we cannot comment on any safety aspects of the item however, the quality is amazing the plastics are very tough and hold up well and the flexi visor is easily replaceable.The head strap is easy to use with a lockable size adjuster.If you are looking for a diy costume this is great or if you are in need of something for your garage or diy this is the product for you.

brought this for my workshop for students to use, need a good face shield for woodturning due to the constant bits flying off. come with Polycarbonate Clear Lens which is better for impact face masks.This is a good quality well built face shield that will last the stand of time.comfortable and light weight to wear for a period of time.what a great product

I have decided to put the price I paid in all future reviews so people can assess my review relative to the price paid.I paid: £21.31. For this I got a well made, sturdy and clear face shield.Good - excellent comfy fit with numerous adjustments. - Feels sturdy for a long life. - premium trusted brand - there are cheaper options; this is to protect your face from potentially dangerous activities. - good protection right under the chin and around the sides - nothing is ricocheting in through the side. - Crystal clear and replicable visor. - enough adjustment for my (very large) headBad - No bag or storage box to prevent visor scratching when not in use. - Instructions are rubbish....just take 10 seconds to look at it and work it out for yourself. - There are 2 settings to attach the head cradle (depending on how close you want the visor). On the further away setting the top of the visor tends to drop into the eyeline a little.

Good quality visor/helmet have used it mainly for angle grinding and has been perfect for this.Excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this seller.

I have been wood turning for a few years now and bought this face shield two years ago. Had no problems with it, always been comfortable and has good visibility but you never know what it's really like until things go wrong and today they went very wrong. A large chunk of ash exploded off my lathe and the larger part hit me full force in the face. I should be on my way to hospital or worse and if I had not been wearing this I would have had a life changing injury. I have no cuts, no bruises only a mild headache. The mask not only protected me but also survived with a small scuff mark. Very impressed thank you.

I am not one to write reviews but in this case I feel compelled to. I bought this face mask as protection when using my lathe. I have just started the hobby of wood turning and am a total novice. One thing I have noticed whilst watching the YouTube videos is lots of folk wear this mask as their PPE and so thought this might be the one to go for.I know know how efficient it is. I have just had a 6"X2" piece of oak let go and smash into this mask covering my face. The mask absorbed the impact totally leaving a mark on the screen where my left eye would have been. I truly believe it has just saved my sight or at leave a nasty facial injury. The photo shows the impact mark on the screen. This is the best money I have ever spent onlineThis item is excellent and please wear PPE.

The motivation behind this purchase was to provide myself with some protection against facial injury, primarily whilst using a table saw (i.e. high speed kick back of small blocks of wood) and when using grinding tools (i.e. broken disc fragments). I chose this mask initially based on the length of the face shield, and the reputable brand.In short, I have returned it (thank you Amazon; I expected more difficulty or a flat rejection, when trying to return PPE. Instead the return was accepted and credited immediately). I have purchased the 3M G500 instead. The polycarbonate visor of the 3M is significantly thicker than that of the Honeywell, which to me doesn't seem much stronger than a thick piece of acetate. The two are worlds apart, in my subjective opinion, in terms of robustness and the perceived ability to offer adequate protection against a high speed fragment of any real size.I'm sure that for lower energy use-cases, such as protection again dust and grit being thrown up when using abrasive tools, or for protection again flying wood turning chips or lathe swarf, it would be fine. There's plenty of room to wear both additional eye glasses (protective or prescription) and a decent size filter mask comfortably in conjunction with this visor. But if you're looking for something that gives the impression it could take one for the team when it comes to a piece of fractured grinding disk going flying, I don't think it's this mask.I'm giving three rather than four stars on the basis of value for money. The 'stronger' 3M mask is also quite a bit cheaper, which makes the Honeywell seem overpriced in comparison.

Lässt sich einfach zusammenbauen und einstellen.Sitzt gut und ist bei längerem Tragen nicht unangenehm.Die Schlag und Kratzfeste Scheibe in meiner Version nimmt man (wenn geputzt) fast nicht wahr. Und hat ein gutes Gesichtsfeld.

The media could not be loaded.  E arrivato ben confezionato e una protezione che cercavo da tempo vista tante volte usare sui programmi americani di ristrutturazione auto su DMAX quindi ho acquistato e un bel prodotto forse la plastica un po' sottile ma lo rende abbastanza leggero comunque visto in foto sembrava zona del mento più stretto e agraziato col viso mentre rimane più largo e tondeggiante però in ogni caso proteggere da schegge anche un po' da polvere lo uso in edilizia raccomandato

Mycket bra ansiktsskydd vid slipning eller liknande arbeten. Hög kvalitet och lätt att ställa in fästen att perfekt passa huvudet. Enda nackdelen är att den kan inte användas ihop med hörselkåpor så öronproppar är alternativet. Rekommenderas!
