Exactly as described, and ALMOST everything you need to bypass Death Star Broadband's ghastly gateway if you're on their GPON 1310nm network. If you're on XGSPON (1270nm) or Alt-Optics (1550nm) this is NOT the item for you. No WPA Supplicant required. The SFP+ stick is branded iszo but is, to the extent necessary, command compatible with the ODI DFP-34X-2C2. Cutting and pasting the necessary commands to configure the ONU into a PUTty window was short work and I achieved O5 state in about ten minutes. Obtaining the VLAN information worked without a hitch and one router config and reboot later I was gateway-free. All in all it was about 45 minutes to have the ONU up, running, and passing traffic as expected. The caveat? YOU MUST have a router that will permit you to assign VLAN parameters to the WAN/Internet interface. This knocks out most consumer level routers although my ASUS XT9 worked after some bumbling around. But all in all? IT WORKED PERFECTLY! I could not be happier.

This is the same GPON SFP stick described on the 8311 #gpon Discord group and in the “AT&T GPON ONT Cloning/Bypass” document. The SFP-to-Ethernet adapter makes it easy to connect and program the device. The SC-UPC-to-SC-APC adapter is needed when connecting this GPON stick to most residential fiber networks.

The SFP stick from this kit is a DFP-34X-2C2. Very easy to use.

the sfp is not working with Huawei olt but i only use media converter and if you folk's media converter just bay it without sfp its useless
