I added these for extra length on my lat pull down machine. They work great and sturdy. Great price!

I have a Bells of Steel cable machine, and for a few exercises, I decided to get a couple extensions to improve range of motion and maybe add a couple more moves. I chose these based on price and not seeing any major complaints in the reviews.For my needs, they've been great. So far, I've used them up to 60 pounds and done lots of reps with them, and that extra 10 inches really helps with some exercises. They had no weird smells, and they attach via pretty much any carabiner. So far, they're not peeling or having any issues. If anything changes, I'll edit this review, but I've been quite happy with them, and they've added more variety to my workouts.

These cables work great and I like that they came with clips. They seem to be well made, I've only had them a week but they seem very sturdy and the price was very good.

Quality piece, works well

I ordered a power cage with a lat pulldown machine, unfortunately the cable for the lat pulldown was too short for the weighted part to fully reach the stopper. I kept on having to unhook the whole thing for my peace of mind, to make sure that the cable wasn't stretching unnecessarily.I decided to order some cable extensions to fix the problem, instead of needing to measure the entire line, take apart the pulleys, etc. So far the extension has worked great for this purpose, and it's great not having to constantly unrack/rerack the weights and unhook/hook the lat pulldown cable.

Perfect length for home gym and doesn't clank around like the chain extensions. Very light and strong.

These will allow micro adjustment to the length of my cable pulls, and are great for that purpose.My only misgiving is how the end loops are done. As an end user, I could make my own cables and end up with the same thing provided, by looping the cable around a metal piece and wrapping the end - and hoping that the weakest part of the chain doesn't give out under load. The other way to do it is to clamp an end piece to each end of the cable, which I think is superior. (Or maybe they fooled me and the vinyl encased cable is stranded, and they did a proper splice with the loop!)
