Stops syncing frequently. Erroneous readings.
Seems a junk and a waste of money. Stops syncing and needs attention on a daily basis. Shows you awake when you are asleep and as sleeping when you are wide wake and active. Very poor support team.

Very good cool gadget
The ring is quite accurate. Waterproofing is also very good. I’ve been using it for a month approx and scratches are also very minimal and not easily visible.The battery performance could be a little better.The sleep tracking according to me is sometimes not 100% accurate but maybe it’s because the last phase of the sleep is just redundant and not actual sleep.On top of this, the team will schedule one on one consultations once you start using the app, so it is also very good as it really explains how you can benefit from this gadget.

Terrible App
The app is terrible. It's always a day behind and I can't seem to figure out how to change it. I got this ring for tracking my sleep, and it seems to do the job, except the app is always one day behind! It's very frustrating. I also don't like that I can't set what finger the ring is on. I'm right-handed, and my stepmother is always way off because of how much I use my right hand throughout the day. Honestly, I would save your money and buy an Oura Ring.

Love this ring! Works amazing!
It’s a game-changer! I am so in love with this!! It accurately tracks sleep, fitness, and health metrics like HRV and SPO2, all in a sleek, waterproof design. You have to login in the app and let it sync and it will load all your data. When I do the dishes, I charge it most of the times. Sometimes it glows green and I tell people when they ask what it is that my “superpowers got activated” 😂

Finally got it to work!
Update: I raised the rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. After updating the app and wearing the ring for 3 days, It was finally able to track my fitness. I will update this post in a few months on the accuracy of the data.The ring looks great and resembles a cool wedding band… the problem with it is that it’s not tracking squat. The ring was able to connect to the app just fine, but there’s no fitness tracking feature. I did a dance workout just to see if any data would catch in the ring and there was nothing. I’m unsure if it disconnects randomly or if there’s a setting I need to do, but this ring isn’t user friendly. For the price, I would just get yourself an apple watch.
