I don't want to get into my ailments....mostly digestive ones which cause other problems but this has changed my life. Everything has been 110% better since taking this. The crazy thing is, I needed it for a couple problems and it worked to literally clear up my skin....wasnt expecting that at all. My hair too is healthier looking now.
