Good Italian style flavor!
These are good. I'm Italian, so I bought the Italian style of course. They have a nice texture, with a little bit of snap to them when you bite in. These have the flavor of Italian seasoning(herbs) to them, which is not overwhelming and tastes great. Would buy again.

Not good! Terrible texture!
Honestly this has got to be the worst tasting smoked sausage I have had! The taste was not good but what was even worse was the texture. It literally crumbled in my mouth when I bit it. It’s not because it’s zero sugar because I buy zero sugar everything and it is well within date. I don’t know but I will not be purchasing it again.

Perfect for diet snacks
I've been trying to lose some weight and I love beef jerky. This works perfect for an occasional snack throughout the day. It's helped me out alot. I'll definitely be ordering more.
