Are these Nitrate free?

They are not. They contain celery powder, which is known to carry very high amounts of nitrates naturally. Just a little marketing trick.

why are these so cheap? The Tillamook Smoker website sells this item for 10 $ more than listed here. Are these authentic?

They may be authentic but check out the expiration dates. Amazon is selling things that are so close to expiration now it is like a whole different shopping experience. The Starbucks coffee i used to buy about a year ago was super fresh. Now most of the expiration dates are about one to two months away. Actually they are best buy dates, but still... Somthing is happening to Amazon and it is not a positive thing.

How do these taste compared to Dukes?

Dry and hard!!! These have MUCH less fat than the Duke's sausages, which makes them drier, harder, and taste worse! Too bad Duke's have sugar..

How much sugar is in these "Flavorings" that every company uses to hide sugar....

It lists ingredients.. Tillamook is the closest to old school home smoked I’ve found. These keto ones have no sugar or artificial sweeteners with a still delicious flavor.
