This screen is fantastic. Easy to set up, easy to use and connects instantly. Only had a week but so far no issues. It connects with hubby's carplay and my android auto with no problems at all. USBC to lighter charger and aux cable to play through the car stereo. 2nd had no screen so was reliant on phone for navigation but it would never stay put. This has so far resolved that issue. Screen is crisp and sound through car itself is fine. Built in speakers aren't the clearest but won't be using if not plugged in anyway so all around win

The one thing my car was missing was the ability to use carplay. I found this unit and it is exactly what I needed. My car doesn't have Bluetooth music capability so I have to connect my phone to this unit and a Bluetooth adaptor but it works perfectly. It's a little slow to connect but the fact that it does it without me having to take my phone out of my pocket is tremendous. The touch screen is a little clunky when trying to scroll though Spotify but I can deal with that. It was a little tricky to set up but once I'd done it it has been a game changer. I looked at a lot of these types of units before buying and choose this one because it only requires a power cable and the the connection to my phone is automatic.

Title: Nice and Simple to Use Portable Head Unit Wow, this 7” CarPlay screen works fantastically!! Got this for my own Honda Civic, and this was the easiest of all to install and use. The wireless Carplay function is very convenient. I use this unit in my garage and outdoor work space. Very impressed by this, especially at this price point. We used double faced tape to mount the stand up mount on the dashboard.

Great when it works. Give you access to android auto like in a new car. Spotify and all the rest are on there. 3 negatives however: The speaker is very quiet. If you're on the motorway, forget about hearing anyone while on a call. I had to buy a portable speaker to listen to music. Touch screen wasn't great to be honest. Several times I had to press firmly more than once which isn't ideal when you're driving. Unfortunately after a week it wouldn't connect via Bluetooth anymore and I've had to return.

Sadly having to return the product as it was impossible despite many attempts to complete the pairing with an android mobile phone despite following the simple instructions exactly. A rare failure from Amazon for me.

Edit: Seller contacted me to offer a replacement before my trip, told 2-3 day shipping more than a week before the date I go. I am now on said trip, no new device and haven't heard from seller. Luckily the screen has help up, though still with flickering and colour issue which was distracting while driving in the dark but the sat nav part did its job. Loved it for a week, did everything I needed it to. Great screen, easy set up and connection. Going on a very long drive soon and thought this solved all my problems for sat nav and Bluetooth calls. Then I noticed the screen start to flicker, not completely broken, can still see what's on the screen but not great after a week and I wouldn't want to be 4 hours into my 9 hour drive and lose the screen entirely. Returning and not sure if I will be getting the same model as it is now sadly off promotion and more expensive.

This is a great screen for any car. I have a 10 year old car with no screen and this is the best upgrade I got. It connects wirelessly to my iPhone and CarPlay works perfectly. The 7 inch screen is clear and bright. I used the aux cable to connect it to my car stereo and it passes on the sound nicely with no quality loss. Touch screen is also very responsive and won’t let you down. Finally, the GPS navigation doesn’t lag and work as good as it works on my iPhone.
