I like the feel of these, they are a softer material, they have good grip and can be cleaned in the electric sterile and dryer. Durable, soft and easy to use because they are round not an oblong oval. Great buy!!

I purchased these to go with my Modela hand pump. The flanges it came with were far too large. These fit into that brand of pump with no issues.

I exclusively pump and Im trying to find maximum comfort while on this long journey. These flanges are amazing. The cup attaches well to my breast and it doesnt dig into my skin like the classic version. I use Kindred Bravely pumping bra and the hole for the flange is so annoying and it stretches making regular flanges fall off, but, with these flanges that doesnt happen and I get to keep still use that bra and pump comfortable with these. Im a size 18mm in flanges but I sized down to a 17mm since there is no 18mm and I have no problem or discomfort so far. I also have elastic nipples and this flange is just good all around. It arrived in a sealed bag and it was clean, brand new condition. I wish they made 18mm still as right now I don't know if I should buy another set of 17mm or try 19mm.

Lifesaver for my medela manual

The silicone edge guards are really thin so make sure to take care with cleaning/drying. I used super hot water and dried stacked with other items and it warped some.

Highly recommend for big breasted women and any woman who struggles with the hard plastic flanges. Best money spent I have spent. Coming from someone who was on the verge of quitting due to pain from pumping. These flanges helped me continue my breastfeeding pumping journey.

As a small-chested milk producer, this pano flange has been a game changer. It has increased my output and is much more comfortable than the traditional flanges! 10/10
