This product is even better than the factory version. Much quieter and smoother. Install can be done alone in around 45 minutes. My disassemble included the following tools, 13mm deep socket ratchet or wrench , a t30 torx ( to remove set screw on rod that connects to the back) and a 5mm hex head, I also used a rubber mallet to unseat the old motor from the bar once all screws were removed.

Bolted right up and connected right away. No codes thrown by it. Now i will say this review is after only 2 days of use will update after this winter. Way cheaper than dealer at over $700UPDATEAfter a winter of use still working great!

This fit perfect on my 2019 ram 1500 limited, replacement was easy and only took around one hour to replace. Very minimal tools needed for my replacement, yours may be different. The replacement is actually alot more quiet than oem. So far works great. And was plug and play essentially.
