One one end is a highly detailed two-sided four-way cross medal with "I am a Catholic. Please call a Priest." on one side. The opposite end is a two sided "Queen of the Holy Rosary" medal. Both medals are exceptionally detailed, silver-plated and oxidized and hail from Italy.
