Is this product difficult to remove?

It’s really sticky but no just a little effort it can be removed. I can only speak to when it’s freshly installed. What it’s like after a few years idk

Is this sealant Non Hardening?

yes, it wont hardening. it will glue everything together, and unless it under extend heat of 200 degree+ it wont come off easily
