I Like Them a LOT!
I'm glad I looked at the picture and took the advice of other reviews and sized up. I usually can wear a 10 but I got the 12 and very glad I did. They fit like my other 10's. The regular is quite long for those of you tall girls and I will be hemming 2 inches off these. I could have probably worn the short but it wasn't available. The rise is good and fits my natural waist. There's a lot of stretch and the knees don't bag out. The legs are tapered but more like a straight leg and not tight. I'm tempted to buy another pair. It's a very good deal on Amazon. ANOTHER PURCHASE: I did get another pair of these in the same color but size 12 short. I measured the inseam of the 12 short, which fit perfectly including the length and it was 30 1/2, which is what a regular measures in length. So I think the sizing is off on these jeans. They run small and long, so size up but consider sizing down on the length. I still love them. They are comfortable and the fabric is substantial and looks and feels like regular denim.

Authentic cotton and perfect fit
Note- order your hip size and not your waist size and they will be perfect. For me, a normal size 14, the 14 regulator was perfect. I am 5'9 and 180 lbs with a 32 inch inseam.Nice flattering cut in the hips and legs and expandable in the waist. They are especially perfect for traveling. Either by car or flying on those long commercial flight where you need to be comfortable. They are trim fitting and go to just below the ankle. The fabric has adequate spandex to flex but maybe not do a bunch of deep squats. They are not yoga pants but are soft and comfortable.I am a 5 mile plus per day walker and have had no problem with them folding over at the waist. My last pair lasted 5 years of fairly frequent wear. They do fade with long term use like all jeans. Then they become gardening pants. The front pockets are only for house and car keys and a pack of gum. The back pockets are low but cute and hold my cell phone.I have worn the Gloria Vanderbilt Avery and Amanda jeans for years for their quality and fit. They make good consistent quality clothing.

Comfortable, go-to jeans... however...
Pros and cons here. On the plus side: COMFORT! Good stretch and just enough spandex that the knees don't pooch-out after 15 minutes! They fit slim without being skinny jeans (hate those!) and the ankle area isn't tight. On the negative side: What is up with the front pockets??? They are a why-bother addition which I suppose they added to make them look like jeans. They are only an anchor for the front tummy panel but as pockets they're useless. However, for those of us who never tuck anything in - it's a nit. Also, these jeans are surprisingly long for an "average" length. I had to hem up both pairs. So what's my overall review??? Definitely buy them and see what you think. I love 'em and would definitely recommend them. (who really uses front pockets anyway!) :-)

Super comfortable and flattering.
My favorite jeans! The only brand I purchase. They are slimming. The band is so comfortable. They wash up really well. I'm done with buttons and zippers.

Faded
Fit is good but too long. Also, really disappointed in how badly they faded within the first couple of washes. And I wash all of my jeans inside out and with cold water.

Soft and durable!
A gift much appreciated and soft and just the right size to cuddle in!

Long enough
I love the Tapered legs. I think they look neat. I love the way they fit and regular length are long enough for me as I'm 5' 8". I don't like my ankles to show unless I'm hanging around home.

Run small and long for me, comfortable.
I've had Gloria Vanderbilt jeans in the past when I was thinner, I found them well made. I do remember having to wear one size larger back then. Might just be my body shape, I have a big waist/tummy but narrow hips and thighs. According to the size chart I should be able to wear a 14 or 16 my waist is 43 inches and my hips are 46 inches. I'm wearing a 16 these days but I ordered an 18 Short, glad I did. They fit well, not tight, not loose, and I have room in case of any shrinkage. At 66% cotton they probably won't shrink much. They do seem very stretchy with the polyester and spandex so hopefully they won't get too loose and fall down. I wanted stretchy pull ons because I'm tired of tight waisted regular zipper fly jeans cutting in to me. I am 5'3" and ideally need a 26/27" inseam but normally do okay with 28" inseams, which are more common. For some reason these seem extra long on me but I did measure the inseam and it is 28". I'll either cuff them or hem them.
