This is a nice package to use for someone's retirement. This was perfect for what I needed, because their school's colors were gold and black, so the balloon colors were exactly what I needed. I used a balloon pump to blow up the balloons, which saves a ton of time, and it was a good amount of balloons to decorate with. The sign is nice, as there are holes that you use with string to hand it up. It's a durable sign and I like that it's washable so that I can use it again in the future. The price was affordable as well.

Everything came vacuum sealed. I was a bit worried that the bit worried about the balloons, but after testing a couple of them, they blew up just fine. The banner is fabric and can easily be used again and again. I am thinking that it will need to be steamed to get the wrinkles out.
