I was surprised that this really tastes like honey...and is sticky like honey. I have not cooked with it but it's great on hot cereals, breads, biscuits etc. The turmeric ginger is very good but I think next time I order I will try the jalapeno. I love hot honey so hopefully the jalapeno will be hot.

Absolutely delighted I can add “honey” to my plain yogurt again. Tastes great in tea also. The texture is amazing, no gut issues unlike other “imitation honey” made with sugar alcohols. The ginger is noticeable but doesn’t overwhelm. Pricey, yes. However, it’s the best “honey” I’ve found to include in my low-GI lifestyle.

This is a great product and while it's not exactly the same taste as honey, it's close enough. My only complaint is the high price.

This tastes really good and it's good if you're on a low-sugar diet. I'm only giving it three stars because the price is still a little painful.
