Is this Allulose derived from corn?

Allulose can be derived from figs and raisins or corn. Wholesome Yum does not define which substance the allulose is made from. Regardless, allulose is a monosaccharide and not used by the body. It is excreted in it's entirety in the intestines just as other sugar alcohols are.

Has anyone used this as a glaze for a baked ham?

I used the other brand to make my ham glaze and it came out great. This brand has a funky flavor and aftertaste.
