Are these feathers really fake? They look too real. Vegan here.

They are fake from everything I can tell but also know that I am a true medium and sometimes a small juniors in skirts. it was a mere 14" to 16" approximately from waistband to the one or two longest feathers. I more than likely should have ordered a large or x-large. I ended up giving it to my niece to play dressup. She's 9 years old.

I found that it was simply way too small and that is mainly the reason.

Is this skirt lined? If so, are the feathers sewn to the lining all the way down the length of the skirt?

Yes but not all the way to the bottom. Also double check your size because I am a true medium, occasionally a small, and ordered that. It was way to small. I probably needed a X-large.
