Magnesium Glycinate (2 Pack)

I use this to help fall asleep, and it has worked really well for me. I have been using it for several years. I fall asleep faster and feel more relaxed at night. The capsules are easy to take and gentle on my stomach. Great product if you want a simple way to improve your nightly routine. I have tried several others, including melatonin, but they are not as effective. It's not as good for longer sleep, at least not for me.

I've tried about a bazillion other different types of magnesium because, when I'm deficient I get restless leg syndrome. And the more you listen to different sources, the more you hear that this type of magnesium is better, or that type of magnesium is better. It just gets so incredibly confusing. And all I can say is that for myself, this brand and type of magnesium works much, much better. I notice a significant improvement when I take this magnesium. Magnesium glycinate was recommended to me by my doctor. And it works. Your mileage may vary.

I have been taking one twice a day for 3 weeks. I was experiencing anxiety, jitters, and muscle tension to the extreme, plus not sleeping well. I just realized a few days ago that my anxiety and jitters have pretty much disappeared, and I’ve been sleeping way better!! Muscle tension in my back may be better but I’m still undecided on that. Definitely impressed with the results so far though! I had been experiencing anxiety and jitters really bad for about 4 months which was new to me at 51 years old. This has truly helped, it’s the only change I’ve made.

Not doing anything for me with sleep! If I take it or don’t take it thrs no difference. Very strange, as I used other brands before. Then discovered that Mg G is only 90mg only in 1 capsule .
