It was just as described, well packaged and was just like a brand new one. Battery lasts quite good. I have been using it for over a week now on the first full charge. In all, I am very satisfied. Not leaving behind its wonderful sound quality, and the ability to connect to dual devices, pausing one to use another, and vice versa. Quality is top notch.

Nice and comfy

These earbuds do an amazing job of noise cancelling. I had the Soundcore Life A2 earbuds but I lost one earbud a few weeks ago so I needed to replace them. I saw this set on sale so I bought them. I also Have the Soundcore Space One and the Soundcore Space Q45 headphones. Compared to the headphones these earbuds block a lot more noise than the two headphones and a lot more than the LIFE A2 earbuds. These earbuds sound really good too and have good battery life. But I may have a defective right earbud because it only seems to hold a four to five hour charge with noise cancelling turned on. I'm not using LDac. Just standard sound with noise cancelling. The left earbud will keep on going a good while after the right earbud powers down when its battery goes dead. This is after leaving the earbuds inside its case charging for 6+ hours. I know both are charging because when I open the case they both flash white ad I have the case fully charged too. I am a big fan of the soundcore headphones and earbuds. But I'm slightly dissapointed that the right earbud doesn't run for the time thats advertised. This could just be one of those factory defect things though. It happens with everything.

I bought these as a Renewed product for £67 and I've been using them about six weeks now before writing this review. The first thing to say is that they came in a sealed box as new with quickstart leaflet, cable and a full set of silicone tips. Also you get free product return for one year which is much more than for a normal new product with Amazon. There seemed to be very little risk, so what's there not to like? There's a really great app that comes with the earbuds that helps you get the most out of them. Firstly there's a fit-test tool that helps you find the right tip and a good seal. A good fit is essential. Secondly the HearID tool helps you find the best sound for you by doing a hearing test followed by preference selection. This come up with a equalisation curve that can be further modified by adding in your preferred listening style. After quite a bit of fiddling around I was able to get a sound that I was happy with and compares well with my Bose QC35 phones. I also turned on LDAC sound quality, but whether it makes much difference when streaming from Spotify, I'm not sure. Straight out of the box they are probably not going to give the best sound, so using the options in the app is really needed. As for noise cancelation, I would say very good for the price. They works very well for reducing the sound of jet roar and the noise of a train, but less so for the sound of people chatting and not as good as Bose for that. But, hey, look at the difference in price! Probably using foam tips would improve the isolation. I found the transparent mode seems to introduce hiss so it's not my favorite mode. Overall I think they are amazing for the price. I found the comfort to be great, no problems there. Connectivity has been rock solid, no drop-outs and they always connect instantly. The battery life is excellent too and would easily last for a long-haul flight to the far east. I'm using them with a Galaxy S20 phone. Overall I have no hesitation for awarding 5 stars especially as I only paid £67.

this is the 2nd renew bought from amazon and the quality assurance is far from good. the left buds constantly draining battery in an hour of usage. I will have to send it back at some point and buy the new ones for a trial and see if the problems are the same

This set had some really advanced features, it's noise cancelling, intuitive pausing and sound adjustments were amazing. But the sound quality just wasn't something that I felt warranted a £50+ increase in price.

Excellent earbuds, especially for the price. I have earbuds 5 times the price that don't come close, full LDAC supports for high definition audio from another LDAC device with high quality flacs. Like all earbuds I'd recommend some foam tip replacementa, Comply sell Truegrip ones that are perfect and makes you feel like you are in the middle of a club.

These headphones are absolutely fantastic! The sound quality is excellent, the functionality is impressive, and the design is spot-on, making them worth every penny. The battery life is solid, allowing for hours of use without needing a charge. The value for money is outstanding – it’s hard to find anything better at this price. In fact, these headphones can easily compete on all fronts with models that cost twice as much. If you're after quality headphones at a reasonable price, this is the perfect choice!

Ich habe lange nach in ears gesucht die in meinem Ohr auch bei viel gewackel halten. Jetzt habe ich sie. Für fast jede Orhgröße sind verschieden große Silikonstöpsel dabei. Die App von Soundcore bietet an die Stöpselgröße zu testen ob man auch die richtigen drin hat. NC in 3 stufen. Frei wählbar. Equalizer in der App. Einfache Bedienung ohne viel Schnick Schnack. Der Sound ist auch Super. Für den Preis sind das die besten in ears die ich je hatte.

Ecouteurs très efficaces au niveau de la réduction de bruit et de la qualité sonore, éléments remarquables à ce niveau de prix très abordable. On peut discuter sur des détails, mais à ce tarif, le produit tient parfaitement la route face aux concurrents (Sony...). Très confortables dans l'oreille, grâce aux adaptateurs de taille. L'application liée est bien concue et facile à utiliser. Un excellent produit que je recommande.

Les modèles intra auriculaires d Anker sont très bons. ( Les mousses de leurs supra auriculaires sont un peu fragiles) Un peu plus cher que le q30, mais meilleure réduction de bruit , mobilité à un prix qui reste correct par rapport à d'autres marques qui margent beaucoup sur ce type de produit

I was forced to return them because one of the earbuds didn’t charge. Anker should control better their refurbished earbuds.
