Can you use this to cure resin?

You have to modify it from it's delivered state but, yes you can. It will cost a few dollars on a few plumbing parts and plumbers tape. Then find a video on YouTube. Not too tight and the pressure pot works well.

What are the internal dimensions of the pot?

Aprox 9.5 inches across and 9.5 inches down to the flat of the bottom, not to the center of the concave. I have a wood cut out to make mine flat on the bottom.

Does this have the connection for the quick release for the air compressor?

No, but it's super easy to add one on.
