Good flavor but fibrous and chewing, even after cutting the skin, it leaves a residue inedible at the end and you have to spit it out.Bien savor pero fibroso y de mucho mascar, inclusive despues de cortar el pellejo, deja un residuo al final que no se puede comer y hay que escupir.

Good but low end
It’s difficult to get good Spanish chorizo in the states.. this is the best I’ve found but there are some defects.. ie, lots of gristle and cartilage so be careful when you chew. There are TONS of better brands in Spain.. need more variety to choose from!!
