We have raspberries and I dread weeding them. but these were no problem. we also have blackberries and not a scratch. Live in teh PNW so they are a problem. life is going to be a little easier and no more textured arms.

These protective sleeves are huge for a woman and not at all comfortable. They are a bit scratchy too

These do provide protection. In winter I forget I have them on. In summer they get hot. Fortunately they wash pretty well.

Whew, just in time! I recently rescued a Dutch Shepherd that was scheduled for euthanasia. She's a young, loyal brute, fairly calm at home. Her troubled past comes out when we're walking. I have been bruised, nipped, and cut by her over the last month. These sleeves have stopped the lacerations (not the bruising) and allow me to handle her bouts of 'excess energy' as her reformation continues. I know she's a Good Girl, and she is learning how to be civilized. (My secret hope is to train her to find turtles, as a research assistant! Grin!)

I use the arm sleeves for riding my mountian bike. The trail are over grown and the sticker can scratch up you arm bad. With the Longer Cut Resistant Knit Sleeves Level 5 Protection it save my arms.Yes there can be a sharp sticker get though the sleeve but that nothing. If I didn't have them on my arm would look like I got in a fight with a cat.

I wear these sleeves for trimming cat claws during a free clinic. They work wonders and though no cat has tried to bite me so far, it gives me full confidence while I am performing the service.
