After having 4 boys and 2 of them just a year apart..I have tried several waist trainers and always struggled with how they didn’t always cover the fupa well or were just uncomfortable. After reading the reviews I decided to try this one and I’m glad I did..Fits true to size I’m 5’2 and 145 lbs and I ordered a medium. It definitely makes you sweat and snatches that waist. Don’t hesitate to buy.. already noticing a difference after wearing a few hours doing house cleaning.. can’t wait to order a size small

I wear a 2xl I read to go up two sizes I feel like maybe I could do one size smaller but it fits without uncomfortable breathing/ movements it’s like a comfortable swimsuit without the super suction. It works it does what it needs to do and honestly it makes me sweat compared to others I’ve used. The only thing i honestly hate that I can’t give 5 stars is that I have the mom belly hang so this goes over my belly like a dress I would like something like leggings I want it to squeeze all of me. It’s either a me thing or a product thing probably a me thing I’m still going to use it and im trying hard to get back into shape so once I get rid of the hang maybe it will fit how I want it we shall see. Just a tip warm it up before putting on one time I let it get cold I put it on and it was cold it doesn’t stay cold but if your a baby like me that one second cold feels like 10mins lol.

I bought a Large but it's time to size down to a Medium. I workout so wearing it while working AND working out takes off the inches, big time. One thing I must say is if you want it to work, do more with it. Don't just buy it to hide the extra you don't want to expose. Do.More.With.It!!! Buy some Sweet Sweat if you must but the inches will come off, especially if you're disciplined. It's comfortable, it provides stability, not too thick and easily adjustable. It also helps if you have poor posture. Have you standing tall and straight. Gives you a look of confidence for sure. (Who wouldn't want that?) If you're new to wearing these, start off on the first layer of latches/hooks and work your way to the middle and end. Happy shaping. (: My Medium arrives today.

I bought this a few months ago (Sept 2025) and it broke in March 2026. I have no idea when or how it broke I was just at work mopping when all of a sudden I feel a sharp stabbing pain in my side and it was the plastic band or wtv, it broke in half (1st & 2nd pics) and it hurt, which idk why it broke if it fit me perfectly fine, but I guess you can’t bend over while wearing it or something (3rd pic is it bending perfectly fine without snapping), but if that was the case it doesn’t make sense why the side snapped in half. It was mostly comfortable and did snatch my waist, but it didn’t have much back support or sweat absorption, I would take it off and be dripping with sweat so ik it was working but it wasn’t absorbing any of it. It was easy to put on and take off and even fit in my purse when I wanted to take it off, just wish it didn’t break so suddenly.

I used this for a while it snatched me right up. Definitely will make you sweat. I only stopped wearing it because I wanted a different style of a waist trainer. But I will say one of my friends liked how this one was and ended up buying herself one lol

I really like this item. I can wear this all day, it kept me mindful of my stomach muscles which encourages to hold my muscles. I only gave 4 stars because I don't care for the lack of support over my bra area. Otherwise perfect, this is the only thing I want to change.

Excellent value at AED 27.95. The sizing is accurate, so make sure you measure before ordering. I bought a small, which was quite tight as I’ve put on a little weight, but thankfully it still fits—and it’s supposed to be tight. It pulls you in nicely, and the thermal lining definitely makes you sweat. It’s also much more cost-effective than repeatedly buying those plastic body wraps. Very happy with it! 💫

Love it..it fits really snug and doesn’t hurt. I wear it to sleep and to the gym and I’ve already seen a huge difference in my waist size. I’m going to purchase a smaller size soon
