The media could not be loaded.  The size is about the size of your hand. The Cones are of great quality and feels premium. They're sturdy and won't toggle or flip easily.You can use it while gymming, football practice and hockey practice.I've been using from past 2-3 weeks and I can assure you to not think twice. Go for it. Totally satisfied product and worth my money.
