it cheap, it works, and the price doesn't hurt

This tablet is durable and easy to use. The battery life is long and the size is ideal for my daughter. It's sound quality is clearly although not very loud. If you looking for your money's worth buy this tablet

The tablet performed as expected, beautiful picture. Given as a Christmas present to my wife. She loved it until one day a couple of weeks ago it stopped working properly. The picture was jumpy, display kept switching between different displays. Tried powering the tablet off and that didn't work. I was able to get restart to work, when the tablet powered back on it started in safe mode. Still cannot get the tablet to turn off and I can't figure out what happened. Trying to contact customer support today. Will update review when I have more information. Outstanding customer service (cs). They asked me to do a factory reset on the tablet and gave easy to follow directions. Doing that fixed some issues but1/3 of the touch screen still didn't work. CS asked me to send a video showing how the touch screen was behaving. The next email let me know they were sending a brand new replacement tablet. No further questions and they expressed how sorry they were that we experienced a problem. Excellent customer service. Once I receive the replacement tablet I will update this review again. Received a brand new replacement tablet yesterday. Seeing it up today. Works fine and excited to use it. Thank you Pritom. Sometimes problems occur. It's how a company responds is the measure of a company i want to do business with. I'll buy again from Pritom. Great product!

UPDATE 5: It has been over a year now and still unable to do ANY updates. UPDATE 4: Customer service is a JOKE!! They informed me that the game I am trying to run is the problem, not thier machine. Stick your head in the sand and the world is okay. My three year old grandsons speak better english. UPDATE 3: This is my fourth Pritom. My rating now a down to one star. This tablet is horible, it is SLOW even with WiFi off. Game play is so slow even FarmVille is unbearable. UPDATE 2: This is now my third Pritom. My last tablet died a horrible death as the Pritom case offers very little, if any protection. This Pritom has a screen protector pre-installed (nice), fingerprints are still horrible. I'm returning this table due to glitchy proformance. It is so bad that playing my games is unbearable. My games are FarmeVille2: Country Escape and Pokemon Go. Not high end gaming by any means. UPDATE: Second tablet..... REAL cautious not to zero the display brightness. The speakers are not very loud at all, even when maxed out. The camera is garbage, my iPhone 7 takes better pictures. This new tablet was so bright using it the first night. I reduced the brightness setting a couple of times, until it reached 0% and display disappeared completely! Even at zero, you should be able to see something. I've not heard a reply from Pritom as to a way to correct the problem, so it going back to AMAZON.

First impression was how heavy and solid this felt. Appears to be well built. The caveat of this is it's a bit heavy in extended use. Battery lasts most of the day with moderate use. Tablet is decently fast, and boots up quick. I don't use it for heavy gaming so can't speak to how it performs for this role. I'm grateful that the factory Android installation is not encumbered with trial versions, advertising, and other crap that no one ever wants or needs and can be aggravating to remove. The cameras seem adequate, though I very rarely use a tablet to take pictures, and the micro SD card slot is appreciated. The sound is plenty loud and not awful, considering how small the speakers are. It won't replace your boombox or home stereo. It's nice to have an actual headphone jack, and it's in a good location on the tablet, at the top, where it's not in the way regardless of the screen orientation. Included charger is adequate for the task, but gets a bit warm and seems a bit cheap. The touch screen is not quite as responsive as my old tablet, but I'm nitpicking. The display is bright and sharp, though probably not quite as nice as Apple or Samsung's offerings. The tablet appears to have a provision for attaching a keyboard or dock when used in landscape mode, though I don't know if these accessories are available. Unfortunately the only available case, while it does the job, and fits like a glove, feels pretty cheap. It lacks a hand strap and has only a rudimentary stand capability. The case isn't really worth the price, but it's the only game in town for this tablet. Overall, very pleased with the tablet thus far, and surprised at the quality of it for the cost.

Instead of acting on my petition, they required me to send a screen shot of the issue, which would have been worthless. The auto rotate screen doesn't work very well. They told me to send them a screen shot, which would only have show a screen on landscape, with nothing indicating the auto rotate setting. Also, often when I hit cancel, the damned thing just sits & spins, doing absolutley NOTHING! If I put it to sleep it does NOT clear. I have to completely restart it to clear the idiot thing! I'm REALLY considering demanding a full & compete refund! Addenda: Not too thrilled about the sim tray: they keep popping out when I try to insert them. I have to try about half-a-dozen times to get them in correctly. Thanks. Take care. Addenda: Well Pritom gave me a full refund, without demanding a return. Thank you for that. I do appreciate it. I absolutely luv this Pritom TronPad L10 Tablet. Thin, sharp, bright pictures... Excellent speed... 5G wi-fi What can I say? I owned 2 other Tablets and they could not come close to comparing with this one. Excellent price, excellent shipping, excellent Seller... and EXCELLENT Tablet! Thank you, from my heart! It was my Christmas present from me to ME! lol I am extremely satisfied with this 'gift'. lol

This tablet works very well. Bought it specifically to use with an app for my Spark guitar amp. Quite happy with the results as the tablet connects easily and runs the app flawlessly. My only criticism is the quality of the camera on the tablet. Pictures taken are not sharp but I didn't buy it for that feature.

I bought this tablet since the specs looked good. The problem is it doesn't live up to those facts. This thing has problems connecting to my computer. I plugged it in and set it as a usb mass storage device so it can be detected by my computer. I want to transfer some document so I could read it off from this screen. The file explorer started to freeze and the green bar loads very slow when I tried to access any of the tablet's folder. When the bar eventually loads and reaches the other side, it doesn't do anything and cancels out. This is not a cable problem as it is was detected properly and the battery recharges fine via usb port. The rear camera is low quality. The image looks very fuzzy and grainy, especially in low light. The led camera light flash was bad, not very bright and useless as a led torch. It was emitting a purple light with a yellow ring around it which tells me they used cheap leds. The screen sometimes freezes for 6 seconds when trying to open multiple apps. Customer support is not helpful and will just advice what's already on the instruction manual, assuming nobody reads it. This tablet is probably ok for children since they don't care but not for professional use due to the lack of reliability.

The Pritom TronPad Tablet is fast, reliable and easy to use. Great large screen and bright colours make it excellent for watching videos. My husband uses this tablet for 4 to 6 hours a day, reading articles, watching videos and sport shows. There is lots of memory so storage is not a problem. Customer service is prompt and helpful. Questions are answered quickly and explanations are very helpful.
