I started taking this supplement on the 3rd of April and it's now the 9th and I've noticed fewer trips to the bathroom at night and less pain in my lower back, exactly no pain this morning. This stuff works!!!!!

These are easy to take. No upsetting of the stomach. Not sure if they will do anything but we will see if there are any improvements at my next blood work.
