It’s extremely heavy
I had to return it due to it being so heavy and I didn’t have all the tools i needed to put it together. It’s beautiful but you need tools to put it together. One thing I will mention is it didn’t come with a remote either so if your looking for one with a remote, you may want to ask the seller about what size they have (if any) that comes with a remote , because mine did not have one. But it was beautiful. I’m still looking around for one that don’t need as Many tools and has a remote control with it.

Cozy and cool
The install was very easy and flames that change colors are vibrant .The Bluetooth speaker is just an added bonus. The added heat to our home makes it feel so cozy.

Perfect size for built in project.
The media could not be loaded. This is really nice. It looks expensive and the colors are very pretty. The only complaint is the app/speaker has never worked. The way you use the speaker is by downloading and app, but the Bluetooth has never connected and we’ve given up. We weren’t going to use the speaker anyway so, oh well.

Electric fireplace
Got it for my guest room that stays kind of cool during the winter time. Very sleek. heats up room. Had no problem putting what you need together. If I can do it, anyone can do it. I’m a senior women. Didn’t need a second person

Shuts off in less than an hour.
The entire purpose of getting an electric heater is for reliable heat. It shuts off in less than an hour. It doesn't matter how you try the settings. This will not serve it's purpose this winter and is pretty much a waste of money and effort. Everything else works. I would not recommend buying this for the purpose of needed heat.

Almost perfect
We ❤️ the fireplace in our bathroom. Bluetooth is buggy, we have to unplug and it back in to connect. We also can't connect to the app either, thats the main reason we bought it. Will give 5 stars if we can connect to the app.Update: customer service actually contacted me checking in! I told them the issues and they helped me get it connected! This is the best customer service I've experienced since covid hit. Great job and great product!

Needs Improvement
I was looking for something to accent a long wall in my living room. Since it would be a focal point, I wanted something unique. I had seen a few of the wall mounted fireplaces advertised and decided to check them out. After a bit of searching and comparing, I ordered this one by Chic & Cozy.I made my selection for mainly two reasons. Firstly, I liked the size of this particular fireplace. The open space on my wall is about 10 feet, and with this fireplace being almost 5 feet wide, I figured it would fill in the wall nicely. Most of the other fireplaces I saw were only about 3 feet wide. And secondly, I chose this fireplace over the others, because it was the only one I saw with built in Bluetooth. I don’t have a stereo in my living room…I usually use Alexa to play music…so I figured using the Bluetooth on this fireplace along with phone would save me from having to get a stereo in the living room. The fireplace, physically, was very easy to setup and install. You just have to mount the bracket…slide the fireplace unit onto it…and secure it with a couple of screws on the side. The company provides all the hardware you need including some extras. One word of advice, though, use different screws to mount the bracket to the wall. The included ones are very short in my opinion. You have the option of using the logs that are already installed in the fire-bed or removing them and using the included acrylic stones. I really wanted to use the stones, but there is no box or anything included to store the logs in if you take them out. They’re very delicate, so you can’t leave them lying around. I decided to keep the logs in for just that reason. There is a remote included to control the fireplace, but you can also use the Smart Home app. I had that installed already on my phone for a couple of other products I have, so I decided to give it a try. It installed super easy. The user guide gives you very clear instructions on how to do it.Setting up the Bluetooth was easy also. But just know you can only connect the fireplace to one device…at least I couldn’t get it to connect to two phones. And once it’s connected, it works reasonably well. There is some cracking in the speakers, and the connection on occasion will drop. But for the most part, the sound is clear with pretty good bass and treble. There is no way, though, to adjust any of that. You have a choice of a number of flame colors and three flame brightnesses.. But you have no way of adjusting the height of the flames. When the fireplace is on, the whole top half of the background has nothing on it….it’s wasted space in my opinion. It would be nice if there were a way to adjust the height of the flames to fill in the background. That’s one of the things I don’t like about this fireplace. The other thing I don’t like is how far it sits from the wall. I know it’s probably better to install it in the wall….but I’m not going to be cutting out my wall for that. The company should provide something to give the black metal box more ‘curb appeal’ if you choose to hang it on the wall. The is a heater in this fireplace, but I don’t plan on using it. I did turn it on to see how it works though. It heated up very quickly in my opinion and seemed to push out a decent anoint of heat. And I do like how the heat comes out of the top of the fireplace rather than the bottom. That way, it’s further away from any furniture…i.e. flammable items….that may be nearby. All in all, I’m only somewhat satisfied with my new fireplace. The Bluetooth is nice, but the fireplace, itself, needs a lot of improvement. The flames are too small for the size of the unit. Hence, it doesn’t create that ‘focal point’ I wanted it to. I’m disappointed.
