I was expecting this product to be a crystalline white tasteless powder like others I have used. It isn't - it looks a little like formula milk mix and has a slight but not unpleasant malt/coffee mate taste. Might be odd if mixed with fruit juice, but tastes great in a smoothie

Great product, taste nice and good value

Easily mixes with water and easy to drink. I have had no issue at all taking it on empty stomach. As far as helping to build muscle goes its too early to say. Muscle building take a while !

I forced myself to use it twice a day for a week but I could not get used to the taste and smell. It is like pet food. Absolutely Revolting I threw it away

Its not L Glutamine. Which helps your gut. It contains Gluten. Which does my gut no favours. Product is like the dust you find at the bottom of a cereal pack.

Just wheat, cereal crumbs.

Super ! Je conseille de le prendre avec du jus de citron et de l’eau pour une bonne dilution/homogénéisation A prendre à jeun le matin, aussi avant le repas du midi et du soir Ventre qui a bien dégonflé, je recommande.

Ich kannte das schon, wusste auf was ich mich einlasse. Es ist bräunlich, riecht seltsam und schmeckt nicht. Wird vermutlich aus Zuckerrüben gewonnen, daher die Farbe. Wer schonmal an einem Zuckerwerk vorbeigefahren ist weiss wie das riecht ^^ Bin zufrieden.

Gut eingerührt, bspw. in Hafermilch, löst es sich fast komplett auf. Der Geschmack ist angenehm, ich persönlich finde: sogar lecker. Ich würde es, neben Hafer- und Pflanzenmilchprodukten in allen Varianten, auch ins Müsli, und auch in allerlei Smoothies, ggfs. auch selbstgemachtes Eis packen. Auch in Joghurt, Apfelmus, Shakes, ggfs. einfach einfach Wasser. Mit Glycin (eine weitere Aminosäure) gemischt würde es süßer. Aber Achtung: Glutamin-Pulver zerfällt bei Hitze (über ca. 60°C), wodurch es für den Körper weniger verwertbar ist. Einnahme: Daher immer in kalte Flüssigkeiten (Wasser, Saft) einrühren, nicht in heißen Tee, Kaffee oder Suppen. In warme Getränke müsste es noch gehen. Eine gute Alternative zu teureren Produkten, und dann noch besser bioverfügbar, weil Peptide. Glücklich und hoffnungsvoll!
