I dont recomend If have carpal tunnel for example..It is something to use if u go to the GYM..etc..or u work with ur hand BEFORE ANY WRIST LESION..or problem.Is to prevent only..for sleep with u can find another item..ferula etc.Ask ur doctor if u already has wrist problems.
