Works perfectly with no wobble & no leak!
I read the reviews so I was expecting to be underwhelmed. However, after reading their remarks, I wanted to approach with an open mind.First, the instructions were an odd translation (i.e. “circumrotate the seal bonnet widdershins...”)Here’s the thing, you have to carefully twist base clockwise to loosen so that it fits over the 5-gallon container lip. Push onto the opening and push back tight, twisting counterclockwise to make a tight seal. It did not leak. I like it.As for the “wobbly” base, I put the legs in the correct opening, then set it on the floor and it wobbled. I pushed it firmly & evenly down on the floor & it still wobbled. I determined the corner I felt was off, and lifted it slightly. Then I eased the 5-gallon container onto the support and it sits solid with no wobble. No leak. No problem. It is everything I was hoping for, and I highly recommend it - IF you are willing to have a bit of patience to start.

It worked, but may not bother using it again.
I supply water backstage for a choir of about 100. I need something they can swap out on the fly, and can fill a lot of water bottles quickly. This isn’t it.The stand is OK, but a little wobbly with a 5 gallon bottle on it. It held a bottle, but not sure how well it would hold up after a few uses. It is tall enough to get a cup under it, but to fill a big cup or bottle, it has to stand on the edge of a table.I did get the cap to fit on it, but it was not easy. I really had to wrestle, and couldn’t get it to unlock/snap off once the first bottle was empty. I eventually got it swapped onto a 2nd, but it wasn’t something they could do for themselves.

Dispenser with threads not fitting to any 5 gallons bottle
I like the product very much, it will not allow water to leak, but they provided me 2 dispensers one with threads to rotate and another without threads.The one without threads works fine it easy to keep and bottle and easy to loose it but the dispenser with threads is not fitting to any 5 gallons bottle.

This stand is very solid. It looks good just about any where that I need it moved. It's not big and bulky so moving it to where I need it is easy. I have a few friends that have seen it and they want one now too.

Raises bottle high, so as you can fill tall containers with out using the edge of a table to fill tall containers..

Great for a family of 5
We were going thru so many plastic water bottles because Las Vegas water tastes disgusting! This was a GREAT solution. It’s simple for my kids and convenient for me! (Cup in picture is for reference)

Wobbly when assembled, but would work OK in emergency situations
I put it together 4-5 times trying to adjust it so it would sit flat and didn't wobble so much, but I couldn't get it to work right. I loved the idea of this item being broken down into small pieces for storage, and it does look like good constructed material. If you only need this for emergency uses, it will work. But for daily use, it will become very frustrating. You will likely need to use folded cardboard and prop it up like a bad table leg. No thanks! Returning it.
