I had never made hot pot before, but I have been wanting to try two different soups. I absolutely love this thin, high-quality stainless steel pan. Although it might feel surprisingly light, it worked fantastically on my induction cooktop. The pan has a large surface area, allowing me to create a lot of soup. If you don't want to use it for soup, it also works great as a frying pan, especially if you want to cook meat and vegetables at the same time. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.
