That's exactly what I bought it for, works perfectly for rear on my 2002 touring.

Ias this fit to bmw e92? Pump is for windscreen and headlights?

This pump is only for the Windscreen washer and not for the headlights ( there is a separate slightly tall pump for that). I successfully fitted it to a BMW E90, so it should be compatible with E92 too.

Will this fit a 2004 mini one?

My car happens to be a Benz W203, 2002. Why not pullout wiper wash pump and compare. Of course you know how to google your car and search for wiper wash that it has.

Does this come with the rubber plug/washer to push into the washers bottle at the bottom?

It's been a while now, but I don't recall the rubber seal being included. I'm sure the existing one just stayed in place whilst I replaced the pump.
