This really works great for me. I take one a day and noticed I feel less stressed and happier. I don't get any side effects even tho I have tried stuff with similar ingredients, this one still let's me sleep and doesn't make me irritated.

Theses are so good and really do help.

I have been around supplements a LONG time. My father was a BIG supplement person and I have used all sorts of supplements from ultra high to drug store quality my entire life. It has been a life long study of mine.After all of the years of experience and good brands which come and go, there are few which stand out above the rest like Global Healing. I don't say that lightly. I am very critical when I examine supplements and use them.Many companies have good products, but few will excel in their formulas the way that Global Healing does. This new product is no exception.HOW THIS COMESThis is well wrapped and cushioned and is in a glass bottle. The bottle is sealed.SIZEThe pills are average size capsules filled with powder and not difficult to swallow.HOW I TAKE THEMI take them when I am under extreme stress (a lot lately) and need to balance out. I usually take them on an empty stomach at least a half hour prior to food.WHAT DO THEY DO FOR ME?I am very sensitive to supplements. What works for me is usually half the dose on a bottle. I tried taking only one of these and amazingly it helped me during an extremely stressful period. Two did not give me any issues and seemed to work as well but a little more intensely. I will probably use 1 most of the time unless I need to move to two for some reason.I felt balanced and able to cope with what was being thrown at me. I was not groggy, wiped out, or sedated, I felt more like I could handle more easily what had been overwhelming me.ANY PROBLEMS?I had no headaches, digestive upset, or any bad reactions taking these. There was not any after effects like other pills of this nature. I felt refreshed instead of wanting to nap.THE BOTTOM LINEThis is another winner from Global Health. I rarely speak this highly of a supplement company, but after experience with some of their other products, I can say that there is nothing out there quite like them. I’ve tried these for about a week in a row. I didn’t feel any less stressed. I’m disappointed that at least for my body, this doesn’t help me. It seemed like it upset my stomach too, lots of bloating. I’m done trying it since it doesn’t make me feel better.
