The batteries claim to be 9900 milliampere hours. According to my results the batteries only have about 1/9 that capacity or around 1100. Not sure if they will improve over time, and need to be broken in or they just are not that high of capacity.

Its simple. It is SCIENTIFICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for this and ANY OTHER BRAND to produce a battery with 9900mAh.The highest quality genuine batteries on the market made be respected battery manufactures such as Panasonic, Samsung and Molicel will give you at most around 3500mAh and that's in the 18650 form factor which are MUCH larger than these. Double AA's "might" reach 2500mAh but most likely they will be around 2000mAh. It's simple. Go look pretty much anywhere on the internet about 9900 batteries and you will learn quickly this is a blatant lie that Chinese manufactures can some how get away with. You on YouTube and watch people test these batteries and you can see the results for yourself. I own lab grade (well high end home-grade low-grade 'lab' grade) testers and chargers. I've never been dumb enough to buy a 9XXXX battery but I did test some other batteries that came in project kits ect....no where near what they say it has versus reality. Simple test do the math and run something till it dies and time it. If you can't do the math, go online and there's plug in calculators for those who dont know how. You'll see. Don't waste your money. Amazon you really need to shut these sellers down. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET 9900 MAH IN 18650 OR AA battery.

The most mah a 18650 can hold is 4000 mah. Anything above that is a fake. I haven't purchased this and am posting to keep people from getting ripped off.
