- MTN OPS Omega-3 Fish Oil Softgels for Heart & Brain Health

I have taken Omega-3 supplements for a long time, and I've tried various brands and dosages to find the one that works best for me.The serving size (1200mg) of this Omega-3 supplement has high levels of EPA (600mg) and DHA (400mg), which is nice because I can stick with the 2 capsules daily, as suggested on the bottle, unlike my previous brand where I had to take more capsules to get the same benefits. It is worth mentioning that the vitamin E present in the capsules helps to prevent them from going rancid, as I read in a Healthline article about Omega-3 supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow and have a light smell. There is no aftertaste or those awful fish oil burps.Overall, the quality of this product is great and it works as expected.I'm reviewing the [MTN OPS Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement, 1000mg Fatty Acid Softgels for Healthy Heart, Joint & Bone Health, 30 Servings].

Under 20 for 60 softgels that are clean isn't bad for this fish oil formula.. the recommended dose is 2 daily, of course you can adjust based on your daily omega 3 fatty acid needs- I like to hit 3 grams daily, but it's a month supply at their recommended dosage. The capsules are bovine gelatin based and go down easily. Didn't notice any fish burps. This company has some other better products, not sure this is their standout formula- seems like re-inventing the wheel. The fish oil is sustainably sourced, but you don't know the contaminat levels- so I'd choose a brand of fish oil with better transparancy on heavy metals and contaminants like IFOS or GOED certified.

Not a bad after taste. Easy to swallow. Not sure if it's working yet

I recently got some fish oil supplements for my husband, and I have to say, they seem like a great deal. They have a high volume of Omega 3, which is really important for overall health. Plus, my husband mentioned that they are easier to digest than most other supplements he's tried in the past. What's really impressive is that because of the high Omega 3 amount, he doesn't need to take as many pills as he would with other brands. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a quality fish oil supplement.

I've been taking fish oil supplements ever since my first pregnancy over a decade ago and love the benefits for my skin and heart health. These capsules are easy to take and don't have a fishy aftertaste.

I take fish oil daily for cardiovascular health, and have for years, and this seems to work well for me. Fish oil might not be for everyone perhaps, so individuals should consult with their doctor prior to taking.Instructions for these suggest two per day, so this will last about a month, and at the current price point, I find this to be more expensive than average.I’ve had no trouble swallowing these. No really significant taste or odor, I’ve had no gastrointestinal side effects. Overall I’m happy with these even at the slightly premium price.

The jar was properly sealed. The product is fresh: expiration is 04/2026. Softgels are easy to swallow with water. Contains 300mg EPA and 200mg DHA per one softgel. The product is not entirely burpless; there is some not strong but sensible fishy aftertaste. Price-wise, per gram of Omega3, there are premium burpless products available at substantially lower prices. The product is manufactured in the USA. However, I don't see any indication on the jar or product information page that the product is made in a GMP facility and tested by a third-party lab.

Unfortunately, with supplements like this it is difficult to grade the supplement on any objective scale. I didn't have any adverse effects while taking this. The taste is fine. The size is good for ingestion. As for how potent these fish oil pills are, hard to say....
