I am not an usual caffeine consumer. Here and there, I drink coffee or strong tea when I need to stay up longer. Lemon lime Alka Seltzer gives me instant relief from heartburn or bloated feeling after rich food. Oneday, I decided to try this A.S Boost to see if it works, and to my utter surprise, I found it quite helpful. I drink it early to mid-day, with 4 to 6oz of water and don't mind the taste because it gives me the extra burst of energy. Meets my expectation just fine! I do get more work done and feel lot less tired/sleepy and I DO NOT drink it habitually. It may or may not work for everyone the way it does for me. I guess it depends on how much caffeine you are used to, body weight, time of consumption, or the level of stamina you already have/need or if you intake any other medications or supplements or not.

My favorite drink. They stopped stocking this at my Walmart so I buy them here now.

The Alka-Seltzer Energy Boost tablets do provide a quick pick-me-up, but the effect is pretty mild compared to other energy supplements I’ve tried. The combination of caffeine, guarana, and B vitamins gives a small boost in alertness, but it doesn’t last very long. On the plus side, the tablets dissolve easily in water and have a pleasant, slightly citrus taste. They’re convenient to use and don’t cause any jitters or crash afterward, which is nice. Overall, it’s an okay product for a light energy lift or a mid-afternoon slump, but if you’re looking for something stronger or longer lasting, this might not be enough.

Don’t take much for me. I use them here and there when I don’t get any rest. Helps keep me going.

Strong enough to cut the edge off when waking up in the morning, but not as strong as the big can energy drink that starts with M. The taste is good, fruit punch but not too sweet. Just right. I do get an ok amount of alertness from it but not a great amount of alert. I have done 2 of these and that helps. This is way cheaper than a case of the canned drink. These days after drinking these daily for a few weeks I do tend to feel better also.

These were sadly a let down. Price seemed good on sale to try out but I felt no boost of energy or general wellness feeling. Tastes awful and chalky. Always a fan of this brand but this is a waste of money
