I’ve had this treadmill for just over a month now, and it’s been great so far. Everything arrived as it should, easy enough to put together, and I’ve used it pretty regularly since. It’s stable, quiet enough for home use, and the belt runs smoothly with no issues. No faults, no strange noises, and it’s been reliable overall. Would happily recommend.

I bought this folding treadmill for home use, and I’ve been very happy with it so far. The build quality is excellent—it feels strong, stable, and well-made. The frame is solid, the parts fit together nicely, and it doesn’t shake when I run on it. It looks and feels like a professional machine you’d find at the gym. The size is just right for home use. The running surface is wide and long enough for comfortable walking or running, but the machine itself doesn't take up too much space. I like that it’s foldable, and when I’m done, I can lift and roll it out of the way easily. It saves space, which is important in my home. The treadmill has a powerful 4.5HP motor, and I can feel the difference. It runs very smoothly, and the noise level is low. Even when I run at a higher speed, it stays quiet enough that I can watch TV or talk without shouting. That’s a big plus for me. It offers a speed range from 1km/h to 16km/h, which is perfect. I can start with a slow walk and increase it to a fast run, depending on how I feel. It also has 20 incline levels, which make workouts more intense and help burn more calories. The incline settings are easy to control and change during use. I think the features are really good too. There’s a clear digital display that shows speed, distance, time, calories, and heart rate. It also has a tablet holder, which I use all the time to watch videos while I walk or run. The controls are simple and easy to reach while exercising. For the price, I believe this treadmill offers great value for money. With its solid construction, strong motor, quiet operation, good features, and space-saving design, it’s an excellent choice for home workouts. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good treadmill.

It arrived very well packaged and was very quick and easy to assemble. The touchscreen LED bar is very easy to use and responsive and the handles on the sides are positioned well for easy grab. The motor is relatively quiet and the shock absorption is great with the treadmill not shaking at all, so having a phone or tablet resting on the pad to use is great with or without the bluetooth speakers. The max running speed of 16 km/h is more than enough for anyone looking to gradually vary speeds during runs and also to increase your fitness levels. The powered incline transitions smoothly when set to any of the 20 levels and the pneumatic fold and unfold operation is easy to do, with wheels helping to move it around if required. Overall, a very sturdy treadmill with great options and worth the value.

Pushed up the budget and got this a bit after the first treadmill I bought broke within a couple of months. This one is going well and is a better quality build. It's quiet and easy to use, has a powered incline and Bluetooth connectivity so it can engage with an app to upload preset and customised sessions. Other than the quiet noise levels and ability to connect to set routines, I like that it has a few preset speed and incline options for speeding up or slowing down faster. They can't be custom set, but they're still handy to have. The belt seems to be of good quality and setting it up didn't take long. Some downsides I've discovered however: - the app it connects to uses mph, and I haven't found a way to change it, but the machine controls are all in kph. This can make it a bit time consuming if making up your own routines if you have to convert when setting speeds. - even without an incline, the belt does sit naturally on a very slight uphill. - there is a stop and a start button but no pause, like my first machine. This annoyingly means that short of using the app every time which I find fiddly, there is no way of preserving your stats from a run on the screen once the belt stops running. It clears everything as soon as you stop. - when setting up the machine, we had to use a fair bit of pressure to get the bolts into place holding the control bar, and the Allen key provided did not have a shorter side which meant it got stuck and had to be reinserted every rotation. - the delivery was meant to be guaranteed for a certain day, but it missed that date. I was later informed it was delayed, and the company then updated my amazon order page to say they thought it was lost. Thankfully it arrived, but perhaps not the most reassuring service. - in terms of value for money I'm no expert on treadmills. It has powered incline and what seems to be a good motor, but I got it when it was on offer and even that was more than I really wanted to put into this. Mostly I miss a pause option where I can keep my stats on the screen and choose when to clear it.

Customer service very good! Due to an issue with delivery I contacted the company via email and had a response with 24hours. From then on I had regular contact with Representative (Crystal) who was very understanding and able to help! This treadmill surpassed all expectations! Definitely worth the money if you want a decent treadmill that’s not over priced. I use to have a Reebok treadmill so was worried this one will be a let down but was not disappointed. Feels durable to run on and more compact than the rebook treadmill. Highly recommend for someone who wants good running machine but without the price tag!

I opted for this treadmill out of all the ones I looked into because it looked solid, sturdy n well made. It also ticked the boxes of having an auto incline (I didn't want to faff around manually changing settings) it also took a heavy weight, so would be good for all family members n had a high horse power. The other positive I was drawn to was good after sales service reviews. I did encounter issues over delayed delivery, but that is understandable given the time of year (black friday). These logistical issues were soon resolved. The customer care team i have to say were exceptional. They were extremely prompt in getting back to me n resolving the issues more than satisfactorily. A product is only as good as its after sales support. I have to say, customer care at Decorcn was exceptional. That in itself would make me not hesitate in opting for one of their products again.

Brilliant treadmill. Excellent value for money, and easy to set up and use. I had a small iisue and contacted the aftercare team, and was kept informed and fully upto date of the progress to resolve the problem. 10 of 10 for the aftercare and professionalism of the team.
