My DVD player finally wore out, so I bought this as a replacement. It was super easy to set up. Plug the three plugs in the back of the player and the other three in the back of the television. Easy peazy. It plays my DVDs without any skips or garbled picture. It is reasonably priced, too.

I have only used this little player for two weeks, but, so far, it is performing very well. I use it to play DVDs instead of using my more expensive blue ray and 4K players, thus saving wear and tear on them. The picture is good and there are no playback "glitches," so far. Amazingly, a 14 page User Manual is included (English only). Features include Composite, Component, and HDMI outputs, left and right channel audio outputs, scan and slow motion in both directions, and the usual set-up, video, and audio settings. The specifications shown in the manual for signal to noise ratio, distortion, dynamic range, and frequency response are as good as you will see on most other players. Keep in mind that at this price level, it is not going to do everything a more expensive player will do. For instance, the audio is stereo only. And, you can't set the remote to operate your tv. The volume control on the remote is not setting your tv's volume. Instead, it is raising or lowering volume by varying the output signal of the player, much like the level control on a cd player. Overall, this is a fine player for the price. Only time will tell how reliable it is. I bought this one versus some others since it claimed to have a one year guarantee.

This player is perfect! Setup was easy, small and lightweight in my opinion it is plays really good and shoes in great contrast, clear and brillant pictures

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the cheap HDMI cord that comes with it. The player is compact and space saving. I bought it to use for my at home exercise videos. However, if you’re using it with a smart or “modern” tv, you’ll have to buy a better HDMI cord to connect it; coax cables are incompatible and it’s not wireless at all! The picture is very clear.

Works like a charm. We found several DVD's that we have retained that we really like but none were blu-ray. Got it in and installed within in minutes and we are now enjoying these old DVD's that we expected we would never be able to watch again. A great product.

I have only used this once to play a single DVD, and it worked as expected. I connected it to my tv using the supplied HDMI cable and it was instantly recognized by my tv so setup could not have been easier.

I got this a couple of months ago and the return window expired two weeks ago and this player already doesn't work so it's a complete waste of money I am bitterly disappointed and cannot recommend it AT ALL Update - the seller contacted me straight away and after asking the problem returned my money immediately, they were so prompt and decent that I decided to order another one and try again. I will update this review in a few months to confirm longevity but I can already say that it's a nice little dvd player, easy to use and perfectly able to play my USA dvd's and my british dvd's. I don't have a telly so my dvd player gets a LOT of use and I usually have to buy another one every year and a half or so (built in obsolescence and such) so I don't expect much from them just that they be easy to install, this is, and play any kind of dvd, this does. I'm very happy with this purchase, we'll see how long it holds up :)

This DVD player is very light and compact and works great. It was easy to set up, has an easy to use remote control, and is compatible with both HDMI or coax cable.

El equipo funciona bien, no podría en este momento opinar más sobre este articulo, de entrada esta funcionando bien, algo que no viene en la descripción de la publicación y es importante, que se especifique el equipo trabaja con un voltaje de corriente alterna desde los 100 voltios hasta los 240 voltios con una frecuencia eléctrica entre 50/60Hz y una potencia de consumo de 12w. Esperemos que actualicen estos datos en las caracteristicas de funcionamiento del equipo en la publicación, para que otros futuros compradores puedan tomar una decisión más acertada si les va a funcionar o no en su contexto.
