I had an accident in June 2024 which rendered me bed ridden for 4 months with compound fractures on my L1 and L2 vertebraes. Surgery was not an option due to the high risk nerve damage so I've been in bed for months with very uncomfortable back braces and by a miracle I'm walking around. The thing about this brace is definitely the most breathable one I've yet to purchase. All medical ones are hot and I'm in Mozambique, so believe me when I say hot, it's hot with humid weather that you just want to put yourself inside a freezer and that's a big no no because cold is not your friend when recovering from a severe bone injury but it's a balance between protecting my back and not being uncomfortable and this brace is exactly that. The fit is exactly as it states so follow the chart correctly because my small size is literally perfect. The fabric is a mesh and breathability is at it's highest with this brace. The price is super friendly and the quality blew my expectations. Due to the perfect fit it supports my balance and spine and it's an honest fear I have now that I'm recovering to fall or lose balance. One thing that I value a lot on this brace compared to the ones from the hospital is that I can actually sit for more than 2 hours now without feeling pain on my hips from the old braces digging in even though those are adjustable with buttons and pulley system and very expensive.

It's a pretty nice and effective brace. It fits beneath or on top of clothes well and offers more lumbar stabilization than just compression. It releaves sciatic pain and allows me to do more for longer. The only way I thinkI could do better would be with a custom, medical grade brace. But those are expensive and my doctor doesn't want me wearing it too much as to weaken spine/torso muscles. Comparing it to two braces I bought from large retailers, it's all around better.

I take size medium size 14 ladies and purchased a large . It barely fits , I should have gotten XL.So it runs small..but I could feel improvement in my lower back pain immediately after putting it on..

size stated on amazon is not right. i ordered a large and it fits as if it were a medium. but product is alright. if u buy just buy one size larger.

This brace has been a lifesaver for me. I have some serious back issues. I had scoliosis- a double curve that necessitated the fusion of nearly my entire spine. That hardware was determined to cause terrible issues, and now I have severe, chronic pain that affects my ability to walk. It presents in a similar way as non-stop severe sciatica and/or herniated discs. I have had to use a walker or wheelchair for the past 5 years. This brace has helped to alleviate the constant shooting pain that runs over my left hip to my outside left ankle as well as the lower back pain. Thee construction of the brace features a main, large Velcro closure and smaller straps to adjust the angle and force of the support on either side. It's extremely helpful to dial in the correct type of support. It's indicated that it's for men, but I have not had issues regarding fit as a woman- my waist is 8 inches smaller than my ribs and hips. Even when I have the brace on quite tightly, if I take a deep breath the brace expands in multiple directions. It's very comfortable, though I definitely recommend wearing a close fitting undershirt or tank top under the brace. The edges don't cut in and it's fairly comfortable to move around in.

Before I had back surgery 2017 (rods w/cage, fusion) my doctor wanted me to wear a back brace that went from under my shoulder blades down. It was $1700, insurance paid $500. I looked on line, same model $232 😑. 2025....I go see the Sports Medicine doctor for my knee. He asks, "Are you wearing your back brace?" "No." Second visit for knee, same question. So I took the hint. I like this one because of the support over the lumbar spine, and teach side of the spine. And the price is fantastic! I wear it for anything that requires me to bend over. Vert lightweight and comfortable.

by far the best back brace I've bought in a really long time. Most of the braces I bought had the vertical brace structures all around the midsection, but this one has one metal piece along the spine where i need it. It's very sturdy and more comfortable than most. Very satisfied and glad I tried this product. Comes in various sizes and colors.

Tres bonne ceinture qui m'a sauvée d'un lumbago. Bonne qualité de materiaux. Une arête pré-formée rigide dans l'alignement de la colonne permet de conserver une bonne posture. Les scratchs relativement étroits sont fonctionnels et permettent de régler le serrage à sa convenance

Visto le recensioni ho deciso di acquistare per dolori alla schiena dovuti alla posizione errate in ufficio sulla sedia e per un pò di ernia ombellicale , devo dirvi sono felicissimo la uso da tre giorni da quando mi e arrivata e devo dire mi ha corretto subito la schiena tolgiando già il forte dolore alla schiena , e comododissima facile da indossare e togliere anche piu volte al giorno ottima qualitò la lavo non tutte le sere più o meno ogni 4-5 giorni in lavatrice programma delicati con pochi gradi e minuti in una borsina retata anche insieme a volte se mi capita con due paia di calze elastiche compressive , ovviamnte non strizzatela tanto e stendetela o sui fili dei panni piegata in due oppure se avete lo spazio sullo stendino tenete presente che bella grande e voluminosa se capita quando lavo in lavatrice chiudo per prima tutti i velcri a strappo ( se mi ricordo) la uso per molte ore al giorno dal mattino fino alla fine serata non mi dato mai fastidio ne durante le att ività fisiche che ne svolgo 4 a settiamana ripetendole e 7 giorni su 7 mai dato fastidio problema . Ovviamente se la tolgo durante il giorno solo per brevi momenti periodi e la rimetto subito prima possibile . La consiglio vivamente e ottima per mille usi . La uso io da solo 3 giorni già sto avendo miglioramenti e soffro di ernia ombellicale + diastasi addominale + postura errata sulla sedia per molte ore in ufficio . Ovviamente per avere miglioramenti bisogna indossarla sempre tutti i giorni non giorni si e giorni no . io per esempio la metto al mattino quando mi vesto e la tolgo semplicemente alcuni minuti al giorno ma pochi per far respirare la pelle specie nelle giornate calde o dopo ogni attività fisica che svolgo poi dopo un 30 minuti o un oretta circa2 max. L a rimetto e tolgo un ora un paio d'ore prima che vado a dormire e devo dire mi trovo benissimo . Sta in una giornata intera piu le ore indossate che non .

Having done my back in several months ago I needed some kind of support when I went back to work. After looking at hundreds of designs and styles I finally settled on this one, and it’s great! The support it gives is perfect for lower-back/lumbar injuries (as mine was), it’s comfortable enough to wear for hours on end though it does make you sweat in hot weather (but what doesn’t!). It’s easy to put on with the cummerbund having a decent amount of velcro, so if you’ve got a belly you’ll be fine, and it won’t slip thanks to the non-slip strips on the inside. The elastic straps to adjust the tightness are easy to adjust to what’s comfortable for you. The supports at the back are comfortable enough when you’ve figured out WHERE you want it to sit which can take some time at first-it’s going to feel strange for a while! It fits under clothes well and doesn’t show unless your tshirt is fairly tight, though you may need to adjust how tight your belt is. Sitting down it may push up a bit, but that’s bearable. Working in an airport the fact that all the parts are plastic is a definite bonus, so for travelling I can definitely recommend it. Overall i’m very impressed with both the design, comfort and value for money. One word of warning-if your wife is anything like mine be prepared for her to start calling it your “corset” 🤣
