This worked well. I had one from Homedepot that broke down pretty quickly and never really fit well. This one is very tight and looks good.

Our old slider handle recently had the lower handle screw strip out and it was making it difficult to open and close the slider. Also the screws holding the wood handle to the metal brackets keeps getting loose. It was definitely time to replace. Our slider is older , so I was surprised to find a replacement so easily on here. This Prime-Line was a perfect match to replace our old one. It was a simple swap and took less than 10 minutes to swap out and adjust. I decided to hold off on adding the key lock to it. I am very happy with the quality and finish of the new one. My patio slider looks like new again.

Construction is superb, and also as per description. This is a quality product. Includes the wooden handle, the flush fitting, the lock cylinder, all attachments and screws etc. But somehow the measurements of this product did not match my existing fitting cutout in sliding door. I have reasons to believe that this is due to my existing fittings and not this product. Also the hole separation is different in both but like I said it may not be product fault.

I needed a new handle, as my original one broke off at the "elbow" area after years of use. Instead of opting for the handle only, I chose this product, as it looked like a complete setup for only a few dollars more... It should be noted that I did not install, nor did I require to use the key lock apparatus, as even the best versions of these types of lock mechanisms can be breached with a butter knife or less. While many loose objects with no method of legible instructions present, it was not very difficult to replace my original with this one. Quality wise, I expected it to be very poor, yet I would gauge the materials at a 4 out of 5 scale, with 5 being a major name brand option. I saw no example of poor quality bolt screws as another reviewer mentioned. The handle itself is quite thin, yet is aesthetically sound with the housing.
