Can this tattoo ink be used for lining and shading? Does it heal black?

Id rather use it for practice on fake skin its very hard to work with doesnt stay in the skin well the ink seems diluted better off with another ink trust me ive worked with this and my tattoo that i did recent look old and gray i got it done 2 months ago and looks years old
