I used this as my external exhaust port for my garage heating. Works well and not to large.

Not 1 inch inside diameter
Not 1 inch inside diameter. Will not fit over generator muffler pipe.

It fits perfectly on my Espar cab heater. The diameter looks smaller than 1 inch, but I had no problem. Hard to bend, which I think is a good thing
