ICON Aftermarket A/C Shroud - for Advent A/C Series

Item ordered to replace a damaged Advent Air AC shroud on a 2014 Coleman Expedition 274BH. I have used Icon Direct fender skirts before so I was surprised to experience minor issues with this air conditioner shroud.Material- the Icon Direct replacement shroud material seems considerably thinner than the original shroud. I would be curious to know how well this AC cover will stand up to impact (hail), especially after a couple years exposure to UV.Fitment- this shroud fit very tightly. I had to carefully pry the shroud into place. Once in place I discovered that the eight screw holes, four on either side, did not line up with the original screw holes in the base. Not even close. A couple minutes work with a drill addressed that issue. The two screw holes in the rear of the shroud did line up. You should know that Advent Air redesigned their AC sometime after 2014 and the redesigned shroud, p/n PXXMCOVER, is much smaller than the original design and will not fit the original, larger base.Appearance- more matte in appearance than glossy, and brilliantly bright white. Much brighter/whiter than the other white items on the roof of the RV (Winegard antenna, refrigerator roof vent cover, plumbing stack covers). I have replaced many, many AC shrouds and this shroud is by far the brightest and whitest I have encountered. No big deal, it is just something I noted.I would order this item again if necessary simply because, as far as I know, Icon Direct is the only source this particular replacement Advent shroud. Minus one star for having to drill screw holes in the AC base.
