Bought 4 of the 3 pack lighted cherry trees and read all the reviews. First off, the brown tape on the trunks is not an issue at all and done very well. The color of the tree trunks are a dark brown and off set the beautiful lights perfectly. Very artistic looking, especially how the branches are laid out. It is so easy to open the branches and adjust them. The ability to dim the lights is a great plus. I use the trees for weddings and have 12 trees now. One function I would like to see would be the ability to have a setting that stays on the pastel colors of light lilac, pale yellow and pale green. The setting where these pastel colors are present is on setting no.8, a slow fade from white to pastel, to the darker colors of blue, green, red etc. There is a setting for stay on white and stay on darker colors. If there was a setting for the stay on lilac and the pastel colors that are already present in the slow fade mode, this tree would be unrivaled and sold out beyond measure because the pastel colors are exquisite. Weddings in the US are mostly pastel colors and these little trees have a beautiful shade of pastels. If the remote is improved to have a stay on setting, I would gladly buy the remote for it or even more trees. If this setting became available, I would probably have to stand in line for decades because the trees would be in high demand for weddings, showers etc... One other plus is the fact that the cherry blossoms are a thick vinyl that is excellent because if the blossoms were a hard silicone plastic, the blossoms would crack or break in transport to and from weddings. I love these cute little trees.

We bought this tree and some others for Grand March and Prom decorations and they were absolutely beautiful! I agree with the reviewers that say the quality of the material is lacking--it really is electrical taped together. But the amount of branches and lights, the height, and the pretty flower petals (that are rubber, so they won't break and go easily on and off) make it worth it. After Prom I had it up in my classroom for the remainder of the school year. :) If it wasn't so big, I would have left it up year-round.UPDATE: I decided to put it up outside this year as a Christmas decoration. I hung colored balls from its branches and we used a bungee cord to secure it to the posts of our deck (we live on the edge of town and is very windy). I was afraid the flower blossoms would fall off, but they stayed on even in 40 mph winds. In addition, we experienced -20 degree weather (I live in Midwest) with snow and freezing rain. The tree withstood the terrible weather conditions and nothing was damaged. Even though the branches seem terribly flimsy and just covered with electrical tape, I am extremely impressed that it made it through all the weather unscathed. I've revised my review to 5 stars because it's pretty impressive.

This tree really is beautiful. Not the highest of qualities, but still pretty nice. One bad thing is you have to unplug to turn off,. An in-line switch sure would’ve been cool. Once again very basic, but also very pretty. Would buy again.

I bought one of the lighted Dogwood trees for my sunroom. It came well-packaged and was simple to put together. After a brief shaping, I placed it in my sunroom and it looked so beautiful I ordered a second one for the other side of the room. Beautiful in the day, and lovely after dark as they light up the room perfectly. Money well spent I highly recommend these lovely lighted Dogwood trees.

This tree is for an accent on our deck. It was beautiful for 6 months, then completely quit. I have disconnected all sockets and reconnected. Still no lights. Tried to go to support website but it said page not available.

Very pretty trees. I like the option to change with the remote. Like the ability to stay one color or change between colors. I highly recommend.

Love the ease of putting together. Used it for lighting on my front entrance.
