Tiscover Boat Center Console Cover, with Windproof Fixing Straps and Storage Pockets, Heavy Duty 600D Sun and Water Resistant Marine Grade Polyester Canvas (Medium Size Up to 30" L 40" W 44" H)

This console cover is made with 600D marine polyester, but it is not canvas we had back in the 60s and 70s. Sitting out in the S. Florida sun day in and day out, rain and shine tends to breakdown all material and this type of material faster. The lighter weight polyester will probably not last 5 years, let alone 10-15 as some of my original canvas covers do, but considering the price point, its fine and does the job of protecting for a while.The stitching is good and I did not find any flaws in the material. Instead of using this to cover my center console, I use it to cover and protect my leaning post and its cushions. It fits fairly well, especially considering it was not cut for it. It has two pair of straps (one high and one low) that are designed to tighten down on the narrow side, which even for a center console does not really work. It would be a better design to be longer and on the long side or even opposite corners to provide better holding. Maybe I'm old fashion, but making it out of better material would make this an excellent product.
