Converter comes with all the parts shown as well as a soft storage bag that's useful for packing and keeping all the attachments together. Converter worked well for a trip to Europe. It's nice to have a converter with a cord, so you're not trying to plug into an inaccessible wall outlet. Converter has standard plug ports as well as USB cable ports; it was very useful. It does have a cooling fan, which you can hear but is not annoying or loud. This keeps the unit from overheating. I recommend this item for overseas travel.

There is a big difference better an adapter and converter. I don’t know if most people know that. The adapter only adapts the plug fitting not the voltage! Outside the USA most country’s use 220 voltage. So if you plug in anything needing 110 volts with the adapter, you will destroy your appliance! The converter converts the 220 volt outlet to 110 volts making it safer to use your 110 volt appliances. Don’t make that mistake!! This converter worked great! I was able to plug in my portable fan I use when I travel.

I enjoy cruising. But, there is never enough 110v plugs in the room. This gave me the ability to use a 220v plug to charge my phone, tablet, earbuds and watch while also running a small fan without blowing them up with the higher voltage. Leaving the existing 110v to my roommate. Small enough to easily pack in my bag and not take up too much space.

I purchased this with the specific intent to use in Italy for my hair tools. I already had an adapter. My expectation for this power supply was to be used as a converter because I was not sure if my hair tools were the appropriate voltage. However, it did not convert the voltage and two of my hair tools were virtually useless. I would not recommend purchasing that is your expectation. They would turn on for a second and then turn off, so I was unable to use them.

Great size and easy to travel with. Would rather have all in one could lose pieces easy if not kept together. Worked for my trip to Italy

Travelled to the UK and the EU staying in hotels. This let me charge phones, but also laptop conveniently. I was happy to have it. It is small and well constructed.

I recently used this when I traveled to Australia. I liked that it had multiple plugs as I have a CPAP and also needed to charge my phone at night as well.

Worked perfectly when I was in another country on vacation
